Merlot | Cabernet Sauvignon

Aroma: Dark fruit aromas emerge – black cherry, elderberry, and ripe plum – accompanied by subtle notes of dried herbs, star anise, cinnamon, and a hint of violet.

Taste: Soft on the palate, yet with noticeable structure: velvety, delicately spiced, supported by a harmonious acidity and mineral depth. The tannin structure of the Bordeaux remains perceptible – despite < 0.5% vol.

Serving temperature: 55–60 °C – do not boil to preserve the delicate aromas.
Stir briefly or gently swirl before serving.
