Aroma: Floral notes of hibiscus, with tart rooibos tea nuances. Delicate, deep fruity hints of damson plum add an elegant finish.

Taste: Elegant and refined, with a subtle interplay of sweetness and acidity and a long finish, followed by a fruity aftertaste.

Food Pairing: Pairs well with modern vegetable and Levantine cuisine, such as grilled vegetables, aubergine, beetroot and lentils. Also an excellent match for poultry, duck or veal, including dishes with fruity or mildly spicy components. Complements mild Oriental spices, couscous, bulgur and mushroom dishes. Also enjoyable on its own as an elegant companion for long evenings and good conversations.
